Crystal Venegas most recently held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, with a high-risk public trust federal security clearance.  She has developed a unique skill set in managing multi-faceted HR-related federal contractor requirements.  She is highly skilled in compensation structure management, complex payroll system management, cloud-based software system selection and implementations, data analytics, FMLA, FLSA, audits, talent management and benefits administration.

Having worked in human resources for 18 years, Crystal believed it was time to share her wealth of strategic, technical and hands-on knowledge with businesses needing expertise in the many areas of human resources.  Over the past 8 years, Crystal became an expert in human resources management for federal contractors including the Service Contract Act, HR NIST compliance and complex payroll and retirement plan audits.

 

Crystal received her B.S. in Business Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, Senior Professional in Human Resources - SPHR Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and Senior Certified Professional – SHRM-SCP Certification from The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as her Certified Compensation Professional – CCP from WorldatWork.

Crystal has served on the Board of Directors and as Marketing Committee Chair for the Human Resources Association-Greater Concord, NH and is a current Board Member on the Allenstown School Board, and President of the Allenstown PTO.

She has years of experience collaborating with C-Suite executives and is passionate about HR technology, employee relations, onboarding, process improvement and compensation management.

Kris Bellerose recently traded her career as a Vice President of Human Resources, a position where she held a high risk public trust federal security clearance, was strategic, collaborative and very hands-on, to help companies that may need an HR partner to help with human resources from start-ups to ongoing support and those with complex project needs.

Having worked in a structured business environment for years, Kris believed it was time to share her knowledge with businesses needing expertise in the ever-changing and highly regulated employment field.  Over the past 8 years, Kris developed a unique skill set in human resources management for federal contractors with a strong focus on information security in an audit-based environment.

In addition to attending many HR conferences and professional development workshops, she received her Professional in Human Resources - PHR Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and Certified Professional – SHRM-CP Certification from The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

She has been very fortunate to have worked for most of her HR career with her business partner, Crystal Venegas, where they both built an HR department from the ground up, specializing in every aspect of human resources management.

Kris has served on the Board of Directors and as Membership Committee Chair for the Human Resources Association-Greater Concord, NH and as a Board Member for the NH Bankers Association Insurance Trust. She has prepared and conducted numerous presentations relating to compensation, benefits and staffing to Board Compensation Committee and Trustee members.

She is passionate about all aspects of employment from employee relations and performance management to compensation and organizational development and is here to help make a difference for your business by providing services that help you focus on what you do best.
